Inner Peace--A Meditation:
Relax your mind and Walk down these woods,
Spare a moment to feel the grass beneath your feet.
Feel the coolness of the shadow of the tree, Feel the heat of the
Sun, the buzzing of a near by bee.
This is Nature.
This is her song.
Listen for a lark, or a robin on the wing.
See the fairy circle of the center of the grove; it's there...
Let your problems lie by the roots of the tree.
Give Her tobacco as a gift of thanks; always carry something to give;
Exchange--something of yours--tobacco, something from your garden, coin
of the realm. Thank you,
Now come back to the present, feel refreshed.
This is Nature's gift to you.
Now give to another.
